in Our Programs
Today there are an estimated 5,000,000 allied health care providers covering more than 80 different professions in the US. A great many Allied Health Care workers will be needed over the next few years to meet America’s demand. When you work in allied health, you are involved (directly or indirectly) with patient health. Some allied health professionals practice independently; others work as part of a health care team, providing continual evaluation and assessment of patient needs. Some of these professionals also play a major role in informing the attending clinician of the patient's progress and response to treatment.
